Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Pepwise is provided by Wellness Research Supply (“WRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the Pepwise iOS app and the public Pepwise pages at wellnessresearchsupply.com/pepwise.

2. App data you choose to store

Pepwise can store information you enter or create, including:

• Profile details such as name, age, weight, preferred units, experience level, and research goals.
• Dose logs, dates, compounds, amounts, administration details, notes, mood, energy level, and reported side effects.
• Research protocols, schedules, calendar entries, favorites, and custom peptide records.
• Inventory details such as vial amounts, batch numbers, reconstitution dates, expiration dates, storage notes, and remaining volume.

Pepwise does not require a WRS account. This app data is stored in the app’s local database and may sync through Apple CloudKit using your private iCloud account when iCloud is available. WRS does not operate a Pepwise user-account server and does not receive, inspect, sell, or use your private app records for advertising.

3. Apple Health

If you grant permission, Pepwise reads body-weight entries from Apple Health so it can display weight history and trends. If you choose to save a weight entry, Pepwise writes that entry to Apple Health. Pepwise requests only body-weight read and write access.

Apple Health access is optional and controlled through your Apple device settings. Health data accessed by Pepwise is not sent to WRS, used for advertising, or shared with the app’s sponsor. Apple’s handling of Health and iCloud data is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

4. Sponsor and external links

Pepwise includes a static sponsor placement for Wellness Research Supply and links to external study, reference, and sponsor websites. The sponsor placement is not personalized. Pepwise does not share profile, health, dose, protocol, inventory, or Apple Health data when displaying the sponsor placement.

When you open an external link, the destination website may receive standard network information such as your IP address, browser or device information, and the referring page. Those websites are governed by their own privacy practices.

5. Public webpages and support

The public Pepwise webpages are separate from the iOS app. Like most websites, our hosting systems may process IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, and pages visited for security, reliability, and server logging. Depending on site configuration, the pages may also use analytics, customer-support, or newsletter technology, including PostHog, Chatwoot, and Klaviyo, which may use cookies or similar storage.

If you email, call, or chat with support, we process the contact details and message content you provide so we can respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain support records. Do not send sensitive health information unless it is necessary for your request.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell Pepwise app data. We may share information from website visits or support interactions with service providers that host or secure the website, provide analytics or customer support, deliver communications, or help us comply with law. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or meet a legal obligation.

7. Retention and deletion

App records remain on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud storage until you delete them. In Pepwise Settings, you can export app records as JSON or use Reset All Data to delete Pepwise records. You can delete individual Apple Health weight entries in Pepwise or manage Health data directly in Apple’s Health app.

Deleting Pepwise from one device may not by itself delete data already stored in iCloud or Apple Health. Use Apple’s iCloud and Health controls to review or remove those copies. Support correspondence and website records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and operational purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for systems we control. Pepwise app records rely on Apple device protections and Apple’s iCloud security when sync is enabled. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children

Pepwise is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Pepwise account because the app has no WRS account system. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through our support channels.

10. Your choices and rights

You can decline Apple Health access, disable Pepwise iCloud access through Apple settings, export or reset app records, and manage website cookies through your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding personal information held in our website or support systems. Contact us to make a request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Pepwise, Apple platform features, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
