Troubleshooting checklist

  1. 1Confirm your iPhone is running iOS 18 or later and Pepwise is up to date.
  2. 2Close and reopen Pepwise, then restart your iPhone if the issue continues.
  3. 3For iCloud sync, confirm you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud Drive is enabled.
  4. 4For weight data, review Pepwise access in the Health app under your profile, Apps and Services.
  5. 5Include your Pepwise version, build number, iPhone model, iOS version, and the steps that reproduce the issue when contacting support.

Common questions

Does Pepwise require an account?

No. Pepwise does not use a Wellness Research Supply account. Your app records are stored on your device and may sync through your private iCloud account.

Why can’t Pepwise read my weight?

Check weight permissions for Pepwise in the Health app. Apple does not tell apps whether read access was denied, so Pepwise may show no entries until access is enabled.

Is Pepwise medical advice?

No. Pepwise is an educational research and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or emergency services.
