Troubleshooting checklist
- 1Confirm your iPhone is running iOS 18 or later and Pepwise is up to date.
- 2Close and reopen Pepwise, then restart your iPhone if the issue continues.
- 3For iCloud sync, confirm you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud Drive is enabled.
- 4For weight data, review Pepwise access in the Health app under your profile, Apps and Services.
- 5Include your Pepwise version, build number, iPhone model, iOS version, and the steps that reproduce the issue when contacting support.
